Hazard:

The internal part in the valve can malfunction while in use, causing loss of inflation and thermal protection, posing a risk of hypothermia to the consumer.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the dry suits with the recalled inflation valve and contact Ocean Equipment to receive a notification form and shipping information to return the recalled valve free of charge. The valve part will be replaced by trained technicians who are exclusively authorized to update the valve with a free replacement valve part.

Hazard:

The product contains sodium hydroxide which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of chemical burns and irritation to the skin and eyes. In addition, the label on the product violates the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) by omitting the mandatory information on the packaging.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately store the recalled product in a safe location out of reach of children and contact Madar Corporation for a full refund and a free warning label. Madar Corporation is contacting all purchasers directly.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled wall beds and consult the communication they received from Bestar. Consumers who are uncertain whether their wall bed needs to be reinstalled are entitled to a free inspection.

The white plastic seat can break, posing fall and injury hazards to children.

Consumers will receive the free replacement Clikk high chair in white after visiting Stokke’s website to confirm their product is included in the recall and registering the product online.

The rattle’s legs can break off, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled rattles away from children, stop using them, and contact PlayMonster for instructions on receiving a $25 refund. PlayMonster will provide consumers with a prepaid shipping label to return the recalled product.

The lithium-ion battery can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled speakers, remove the battery and contact the firm to receive a new battery including shipping. SOUNDBOKS will provide free replacement lithium-ion batteries and a $100 credit toward purchases at SOUNDBOKS web shop, as well as instructions for properly disposing of lithium-ion batteries according to federal and state regulations. Hazard:

When two or more high-powered magnets are swallowed, either intentionally by younger children or accidentally by older children, the ingested magnets can attract to each other, or to another metal object, and become lodged in the digestive system. This can result in perforations, twisting and/or blockage of the intestines, infection, blood poisoning and death.

Remedy:

Federal regulations require bicycles with seat heights that measure at or below 25 inches to be equipped with foot brakes.  These bicycles are equipped only with hand brakes and can pose a crash hazard or a risk of injury to young children who might not be able to stop the bicycles using handbrakes only.

Remedy:
