Hazard:

The molded plastic drain pan located at the bottom of the evaporator coil can overheat, melt and deform, posing a fire hazard.

 

Remedy:

Consumers should contact Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, L.P. (DCT) to determine whether your unit is included in this recall and to register for the free repair by a qualified technician. DCT is contacting all registered consumers where records indicate their gas furnace system is subject to the expanded recall.

Hazard:

The fabric playhouses and play tents fail to meet an industry flammability standard for these products, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately take the recalled playhouses and play tents away from children, stop using them and contact Epoch Everlasting Play for a full refund or free replacement product.

Hazard:

Water can leak into the recalled underwater communication device during a dive and penetrate into the battery pack, causing the battery circuit board to short and ignite after the dive, posing a fire hazard.

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Powercom, MilCom and RBLi-4 communication devices, remove the battery and contact the firm to receive a free battery pack that has been sealed to prevent water leakage. The firm will provide instructions for properly disposing lithium-ion batteries according federal and state regulations.

Hazard:

The recalled products contain low-viscosity hydrocarbons which must be in child resistant packaging as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA). The packaging of the products is not child resistant, posing a risk of poisoning. In addition, the label on the products violates the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) by omitting the mandatory information on the packaging.

 

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and store them in a safe location out of reach and sight of young children. Contact Aesop for information on how to safely dispose of the recalled products and how to receive a full refund in the form of an Aesop digital gift card in the amount of the price of the recalled product(s). The gift card can be used towards the purchase of any Aesop product at any Aesop store or online at https://www.aesop.com. To obtain the digital gift card, consumers should complete the Refund Request Form at http://aesop.com/us/r/recall-2022 and follow instructions on how to upload a picture showing the batch number and UPC/barcode of the recalled product, and confirm that the recalled product will be disposed in household waste.
Consumers who purchased a Home Kit, which includes the recalled product and two other items, will only receive a refund equivalent to the purchase price of the recalled Aesop Post-Poo Drops. Store returns will not be accepted. Consumers must provide proof that the recalled product is in their possession to qualify for a refund.

The buckle on the leg loops, when worn with a load-rated belt, can loosen and slip, posing a fall hazard.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled LRB Leg Loops and contact Crye Precision to receive a prepaid shipping label to return the recalled leg loops for a full refund. Crye is contacting all known purchasers about the recall.

The glass packaging of the small, sealed vials (ampoules) can weaken over time and break when opened, posing a laceration hazard to fingers and hands.   

Remedy:

The mirror can come out of the silicone bear cover if pushed, exposing sharp edges of the mirror, posing a laceration hazard to children.

Remedy:

Hazard:

The recalled diving computers can fail to adjust to the user's altitude and display incorrect calculations for sea level dive times at altitudes exceeding 3,000 feet, posing injury (decompression sickness) and drowning hazards.  

Remedy:

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Aqualung i330R SCUBA Diving Computers and contact Aqua Lung to arrange for a free repair. Consumers can download a software update through the DiverLog+ application or bring their recalled dive computer to their dealer or local dive center to have the software update installed.
